 कथा पादसेवन भक्ति की आचार्या - 

भगवान का कभी ना संग छोड़ने वाली जगज्जननी मां लक्ष्मी जी नित्य है । जिस प्रकार श्री विष्णु भगवान सर्व व्यापक है । वैसे ही माँ लक्ष्मी हैं । विष्णु अर्थ हैं तो माँ लक्ष्मी वाणी है ,हरी न्याय हैं तो ये नीति हैं । भगवान विष्णु बोध हैं तो ये बुद्धि हैं ,तथा वे धर्म हैं तो लक्ष्मी सत्क्रिया हैं । जहां विष्णु जी वहाँ श्री लक्ष्मी जी , माता लक्ष्मी भगवान विष्णु कि सेवा में हमेशा रहती हैं । 

माता लक्ष्मी की चरण सेवा - 

लक्ष्मी जी नित्य अहर्निश श्री हरी की चरण सेवा में ही रहती हैं । वैसे तो केवट जी  का भी चरण सेवा में नाम आता है , गंगा पार कराते समय श्री केवट जी ने बड़े भाव भगवान श्री राम के चरण धोए और उनको गंगा पार कराया केवट को यह शोभाग्य केवल एक ही बार मिला । पर श्री लक्ष्मी जी  हमेशा ही श्री हरी के चरण सेवा में रहती हैं । इसीलिए चरण सेवा भक्ति में श्री लक्ष्मी माता का नाम आता है । 

एक कारण यह भी चरण सेवा ही क्यों ?-

पुराणों के अनुसार जब समुद्र मंथन हुआ तो सागर की पुत्री के रूप में माता लक्ष्मी जी प्रगट हुईं , माना जाता है की इनकी एक बहन भी है जिसका नाम है अलक्ष्मी । जब माता लक्ष्मी ने भगवान विष्णु का वरण  कर लिया तो । अलक्ष्मी भी अपना पति खोजने लगी लेकिन इसको किसी ने वरण नहीं किया । तब यह रोती  हुई बहन लक्ष्मी के पास गई और बोली बहन में तो तुम्हारे ही साथ ही रहूँगी । अलक्ष्मी बोली बहन तुम पत्नी के रूप में और में दासी के रूप में चरणों में रह लूँगी । तब से माता लक्ष्मी भगवान श्री के चरणों में ही रहने  लगीं । कहीं अलक्ष्मी मेरे पति के चरणों मे न रह जाए  । 

श्री लक्ष्मी ने दिया अलक्ष्मी को स्थान - 

माता लक्ष्मी ने कहा बहन विष्णु तो मेरे पति हैं और जहां सत्व गुण होता है वहाँ तुम्हारा वास नहीं हो सकता । । माता लक्ष्मी ने कहा जाओ बहन तुम्हारे पति मृत्यु के देवता होंगे और जहां तमो गुण , हिंसा , आलस , क्रोध , स्त्री का अपमान  आदि होंगे वहाँ तुम्हारा वास होगा । जिस घर में ये सारे अवगुण होंगे वहाँ मैं लक्ष्मी कभी नहीं जाऊँगी , वहाँ तुम्हारा ही साम्राज्य होगा  । जहां तुम रहोगी उस घर या स्थान का कभी विकास नहीं होगा । 

माता लक्ष्मी के भगवान के साथ अवतार -

भगवान श्री के हरी साथ  श्री लक्ष्मी जी वैकुंठ में रहतीं । जब जब धर्म की हानि होती है तब तब भगवान श्री हरी का अवतार होता है । श्री लक्ष्मी जी भी अवतार लेकर आती हैं और प्रभु की लीला में साथ देतीं हैं ।  प्रभु श्री राम बने तो माता लक्ष्मी - सीता । प्रभु श्री कृष्ण बने तब माता लक्ष्मी - रुक्मिणी  आदि । जहां भगवान श्री हरी रहते हैं वहाँ माता लक्ष्मी बिना बुलाए आ जाती हैं । नारायण के साथ बुलाओगे तो महालक्ष्मी बनकर आएंगी और आपके जीवन में खुशियां आनंद भर देंगी । अकेले बुलाओगे तो उल्लू  पर आएंगी और उल्लू बनाके एक दिन चली भी जाएंगी ।

The story of the Acharya of Bhakti - 

Goddess Lakshmi is a daily devotee of Lord Shiva. Just as Lord Vishnu is omnipresent. Similarly, Maa Lakshmi is there. If Vishnu means Maa Lakshmi, then Goddess Lakshmi is the voice, if there is green justice, then this is the policy. If Lord Vishnu is a realization, then he is the intellect, and if he is a religion, then Lakshmi is a satkriya. Where Vishnu ji, Shri Lakshmi ji, Mata Lakshmi are always in the service of Lord Vishnu. 

Charan Seva of Mata Lakshmi 

Lakshmi ji regularly remains in the charan seva of Aharnish Shri Hari. By the way, Kewat ji's name also comes in the charan seva, while crossing the Ganges, Shri Kewat ji washed the feet of Lord Shri Ram with great emotion and made him cross the Ganges. But Shri Lakshmi ji is always in the service of Shri Hari. That is why the name of Shri Lakshmi Mata comes in Charan Seva Bhakti. 

One of the reasons why this is also a step service?

According to the Puranas, when the samudra manthan took place, Mata Lakshmi appeared as the daughter of Sagar, it is believed that she also has a sister named Alakshmi. When Goddess Lakshmi worshipped Lord Vishnu. Alakshmi also started looking for her husband, but no one gave him a chance. Then this crying sister went to Lakshmi and said that I will be with you sister. Alakshmi said, "Sister, you will stay at the feet as a wife and I as a maid."Since then, Mata Lakshmi started living at the feet of Lord Shri. May Alakshmi not remain at my husband's feet. 

Shri Lakshmi gave place to Alakshmi 

Mata Lakshmi said, "Sister Vishnu is my husband and where there is sattva quality, you cannot reside there." Mata Lakshmi said, "Sister, your husband will be the god of death and where there are qualities, violence, laziness, anger, insult to women, etc., you will reside there." I will never go to the house where all these vices are there, there will be your kingdom. The place or place where you live will never be developed. 

Incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi with God

Shri Lakshmi ji lives in Vaikunth with Lord Shri's Hari. When there is a loss of dharma, then Lord Shri Hari is incarnated. Shri Lakshmi ji also comes in an avatar and accompanies the lord's leela.  If Lord Shri Ram becomes Rama, then Mata Lakshmi and Sita. When Lord Krishna became Lord Krishna, then Mata Lakshmi- Rukmini etc. Where Lord Shri Hari resides, Mata Lakshmi comes without being called. If you call with Narayan, you will come as Mahalakshmi and will fill your life with happiness. If you call alone, you will come on the owl and one day you will go away as an owl.
